A personal motivation diary.
I am 5'8". I started trying to get healthy on June 15th, 2011. I don't have a scale in my house but I weighed 150 at my last check in and probably way 155 now. I want to weigh 130. I have 36" hips, a 30" waist, and 36" bust. I don't look big but I'm tired of feeling big, unhealthy, and unattractive. I'm doing this to make a better self. I also am not very consistent with my updates:3 sorry!

I’ve heard people say Miley Cyrus transforming her body and losing weight isn’t impressive because she can afford the best nutritionist, and best coaches and whatnot. Shut the fuck up. She still had to DO all the work. Money didn’t get her this body, willpower did.
