I am 5’8”. I started trying to get healthy on June 15th, 2011. I don’t have a scale in my house but I weighed 150 at my last check in and probably way 155 now. I want to weigh 130. I have 36” hips, a 30” waist, and 36” bust. I don’t look big but I’m tired of feeling big, unhealthy, and unattractive. I’m doing this to make a better self. &lt;li&gt;Place the honeydew, kiwi, apple, sugar, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until it’s smooth, then add the ice cubes and blend until the mixture is slushy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MANGO SURPRISE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APPLE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 medium-sized, chopped apple&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons of cashew butter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend until smooth; best eaten with a spoon!&lt;/li&gt;
